Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never, in nothing, great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. - Winston Churchill
“A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'” (Author unknown)

I stood up, I showed up, I stepped forward. I raised my right hand, I stood in the gap, I walked in the fire. I did not run, I did not hide, I did not dodge, I did not evade.
Consequently...
I have nothing to prove, no one to convince, those who matter, already know. Those who don't, never will. (Author Unknown)

I think it is already too late my Friend. The Nation has become Obamatized. You should join in and make it unanimous.
What happened to Victoria's blog? No comments? I am sure you wouldn't have done that, Lew, as you seem like a free speecher. I bet because McCain is so embattled as is the Republican Party, Victoria shut off disent to make it 100% GOP. I guess the fairness doctrine is already being practiced over there.
Good to see you are a stand-up guy. Be well!
Don't count your chickens before they hatch, abel. This election is not over, in spite of media attempts at portraying it as so.
Nearly every election we are told how far ahead the Democrat is, often to be shown the reports were false come election day.
Erroneous polling is what is behind my "Dewey Defeats Truman" comment.
As for Victoria's, it is my understanding she is moderating comments due to some particularly vile thing 'me' said. I emailed her that comments cannot be made at all, but haven't heard back from here.
Odd that you would say, "I guess the fairness doctrine is already being practiced over there," as if you already realize the "Fairness Doctrine" is not about fairness at all, but shutting down dissent to the Democrats.
I'm sure Victoria will correct whatever she did when trying to moderate comments as soon as she realizes it.
You could be correct, but I am quoting Charlie Krauthammer, Karl Rove, David Brooks and other conservatives that say it is just about over for McCain. Sure anything is possible, but even you can't say that all the polls over the last 4 months are all crap.
As for the fairness doctrine comment, I was saying that for your benefit. I thought you'd get a kick out of it.
Doomsayers can repeat any mantra they desire. It ain't over until it's over.
We'll see Wednesday morning if we are still free, or under Obama's Socialism as he "spreads the poverty around."
One more thing. I can really care less if Victoria turns comments back on. Doing that whole comment moderation thing comes at the peril of her own blog. Most bloggers that block comments are just afraid of opposing view points.
As for "ME" causing her to do that, I think that is junk. I read all the comments by "ME" that day and the worst was the clowning of the video. That was hard from vile. I think Victoria is just overwelmed with ALL the left leaning comments.
I would sooner post over here anyways. You seem to be a little better about debate, even though you are wrong 99.9% of the time. :) And besides, Victoria's Radio show is a bit amature. She never has any known guests like Larson or Hartmann.
You're entitled to your opinion, but it is just that, your opinion.
For Victoria having such a poor show, you and the rest seem to be drawn to it. Doesn't say much for you, does it?
You may think I'm wrong 99.9% of the time, but more often than not, you just make a fool out of yourself.
I actually don't listen to her show. I usually am listening to Fox News on XM. I got O'Reilly at 5, Colmes and Hannity at 6 and Greta at 7.
As for being a fool, see, you are wrong again. That fits within your 99.9%. Care to spin again?
abel, bravado only goes so far. You keep feeding your ego, if it makes you feel better.
I know better.
Obama is an idiot, and he hates America. PUPPET!!
