Obama’s Unity? Hypocrite!

Well, that sure didn’t take long. On the very day B HO is boasting of unity and a less divisive tone, the White House Site under his name now continues the BDS we have come to expect from the likes of him and the neo-com Democrats.

In his Inaugural Speech today he said,

On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.”
On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.”

Yet, on the Official White House website, under the Agenda, additional issues page we read,

Katrina

President Obama will keep the broken promises made by President Bush to rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. He and Vice President Biden will take steps to ensure that the federal government will never again allow such catastrophic failures in emergency planning and response to occur.

President Obama swiftly responded to Hurricane Katrina. Citing the Bush Administration's ‘unconscionable ineptitude’ in responding to Hurricane Katrina, then-Senator Obama introduced legislation requiring disaster planners to take into account the specific needs of low-income hurricane victims. Obama visited thousands of Hurricane survivors in the Houston Convention Center and later took three more trips to the region. He worked with members of the Congressional Black Caucus to introduce legislation to address the immediate income, employment, business, and housing needs of Gulf Coast communities.

President Barack Obama will partner with the people of the Gulf Coast to rebuild now, stronger than ever.”

Is this what is considered “unity” to the neo-com Demokratik Party?

Does B HO not realize the campaign in over and he won?

How does divisive statements as this bring people together?

Or, is it a case of together will mean under his and his party’s dictatorial grip?

In the case of Hurricane Katrina, while our Obama worshipping media and Socialist Demokratik Politburo laid all of the blame at President Bush’s feet, over 500 buses sat flooded out in the New Orleans bus barn because the Demokratik Mayor, Ray Nagin let them sit there, instead of evacuating resident that he sent to the Superdome.

Did he forget that Demokratik Governor Kathleen Blanco took no steps to allow the President to intervene when he kept asking? No one wants to admit that the federal government is not legally permitted to just send in Troops without the Governors request. Had President Bush done so you can bet your sweet bippy that he would then have been accused of usurping Louisiana Governors powers.

Bottom line; Bush Wasn’t To Blame for the fiasco and ineptness that occurred in New Orleans.

Just look at Mississippi under Republican Governor Halley Barber. They didn’t see a need to whine about Bush or anyone, just roll up the sleeves and get to work. Neither Bush nor Republicans receive credit there.

On January 19, 2009, Barry said,
there can't be any ‘idle hands,’ everybody’s going to have to pitch in.”

Yet, when Jesse Jackson toured the nation in buses enlisting able-bodied Katrina evacuees to return to New Orleans to begin rebuilding their city, he only acquired 14 actual evacuees willing to do so, the rest made up of locals that quickly returned to their home areas once they saw the amount of work they’d have to do.

And now what does Barry do? Open a bash Bush page on the Official White House website after outgoing President Bush went out of his way to make the transition as smooth as possible and treated Barry and his family with the utmost of respect, something Bush and his family weren’t afforded.

Is this the “change” you voted for? It looks like more of the same old divisive politics to me with the Socialist Demokratik Politburo more poised than ever to instill a total dictatorial rule over us.

You can keep the change.

What a bunch of tripe. Katrina was completely mismanaged by Gov. Blanco and the idiot mayor of New Orleans (forgot the moron's name). Bush was scapegoated big time on Katrina and Obama has to know that. Great read: The Great Deluge by Douglas Brinkley.

Lew, it's just politics as usual ... I keep telling my son (who desperately wants to believe Obama is different from other politicians) it's the same old, same old politics.
