As shown at Pat Dollards Young American Documentary, the New Hampshire State Legislature is living up to their state motto, "Live Free or Die."
The New Hampshire state legislature took an unbelievably bold step Monday by introducing a resolution to declare certain actions by the federal government to completely totally void and warning that certain future acts will be viewed as a “breach of peace” with the states themselves that risks “nullifying the Constitution.”
This act by New Hampshire is a clear warning to the federal government that they could face being stripped of their power by the States (presumably through civil war!
The remarkable document outlines with perfect clarity, some basics long forgotten. For instance, it reminds Congress “That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever;. . . . . therefore all acts of Congress which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution are altogether void, and of no force;”
Federal gun crime laws? Void. Federal drug crime laws? Void. The gazzillion other federal criminal laws that deal with anything other than the specific enumerated crimes? ALL VOID.

Will other freedom loving states join in by supporting New Hampshire and passing similar legislation themselves? Time can only tell. However, I certainly do hope that other states see how we are being striped of liberties and freedoms by the slow move towards Socialism and take a brave stand against the encroaching federal take over.
Washington State has proposed a similar bill with HJM 4009 - 2009-10
Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri & Hawaii are following suit, with Hawaii claiming Independence as well. California and Georgia are said to also be drafting similar legislation soon if not already.

Slick, eh? I was coming up to that myself (you notice I already pegged the religion one?), and why I called it Unconstitutional Crisis.
Oops! Sorry 'bout that.
I was waiting to see what part two looked like and these hit me in the face. Oddly enough, some of the states resolutions go back a decade and we haven't heard anything about them.
I'd still like to see your thoughts on it, so be sure to post part two.
Hmmm, thinking about this, it makes a bit more sense why some of our Troops are being trained for domestic urban warfare and the construction of camps around the country.
Keeping my powder dry here.
Yeah, I'm moving a bit slow(er) these days.... This is a project I've been working on for a while, but it's kinda been sitting on the back burner with MS having a death grip on me the past couple years, and day-to-day survival seems to want to take priority (go figure).
Waiting on me is probably about as constructive an exercise as waiting for W-DC to "change."
It takes a while to be creative, ya know (or at least make sure my ramblings are coherent, with my mind wandering in 500 directions at once). LOL I do have to pat myself on the back for the "title" though, but it all revolves around the same basic theme (the routine violation of the Constitution by the very people we elect into office). I also tossed around "Sanctioned by the State" (since that actually has a double meaning) so maybe I'll incorporate them together, since they both fit....
There are (literally) hundreds of pages of outline and chunks of this and that in various stages, and maybe if I get my mojo on I can, like, make a BOOK and sell it and make money - if Barry can do it, so can I. And at least MINE isn't all about ME (and it's actually written by ME, *cough* as I've heard more than one rumor about his ghost writers....).
I also think you're right on the mark about the troops and camps, a while in the making. A couple years back I had another site (now gone when I did the Blogger thing, only I didn't bother to print that stuff in a move of utter stupidity and is now being painfully re-created since I never moved it over to WFMB), pages and pages on education, religion, the courts, CPS, and the economy; and right on the front page (besides my classic this is my soapbox so if you don't like it, tough shit, which I did actually keep in some incarnation - a bit toned down now) was my prediction about The New American Revolution, when and how and why it will happen, and the effects it would have on the nation and on the WORLD.
I was, of course, labeled a mental case.
I'm lost as to how upset people are all of a sudden when our constitutional rights have been suspended for the last eight years. Did I miss something?
Well, my guess would be that you either slept the entire last 8 years and woke up to tall tales from idiots, or your kool-aid was spiked too much.
Either way, you ain't seen nuttin' yet, pal.
Sieg Heil Obama, Obama Über alles
Why wait? IMPEACH BARACK OBAMA now!
The people have been upset for a VERY long time; this certainly did NOT happen "all of a sudden."
Moreover, rights and protections guaranteed to all Citizens by the Constitution have been "suspended" for far longer than 8 years. The very core of the Constitution has been manipulated and shredded for decades.
If one chooses to only look at it from a Dummycrap perspective, it is certainly understandable why one would think it's only occurred over the last 8 years.
Blame it on Bush, naturally. No way, no how can we lay any of the blame for the state of the nation at the feet of Dummycrap greats:
WILSON - Who lamented AFTER THE FACT about the crisis he had visited upon the US by signing the Federal Reserve Act;
ROOSEVELT (FDR) - Who laid the foundations for the creation of generations of dependence on government rather than self-reliance and the human spirit that created this nation;
JOHNSON (LBJ) - Who reinforced those foundations and blazed the trail for generations of welfare families and continued oppression of all poor people, regardless of color;
CARTER - Whose fiscal policies are still reverberating effects 30 years later;
Finally, the crown jewel himself:
BILL CLINTON, who signed into law repeal of the portions of Glass-Steagall that had been in place SPECIFICALLY to protect the American people and the economy, removing the stop-gap protections and directly resulting in the collapse of the housing bubble and subsequently the entire economy.
Just blame it on Bush, though, because it's so convenient; easy to regurgitate the noxious waste spewing from the cesspool that is the MSM, much easier than taking time to find out the TRUTH.
It's all Republicans' fault. More specifically, it's all George W. Bush's fault - even shit that happened before he was a glimmer in his daddy's eye.
