Tyranny in America?

Conveniently "omitted" from the published transcripts of a campaign speech given in Colorado Springs, then-Senator Barack Obama enlightened us as to some of his plans:

We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded. -- Barack Obama (2 July 2008)

I thought the "civilian national security force" was STATE MILITIAS? Further, what then becomes the role of State National Guard units, under the direction of each state's governor and, as such, confined to American soil? Would the creation of this "civilian national security force" eliminate the need for independent state militias and, hence, negate the right of Americans to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment - a right guaranteed to us in order to maintain a "well-regulated militia"? Enslavement of the press was blatantly obvious throughout the 2008 Presidential campaign and continues today with various and sundry excuses, cover-ups, and outright misinformation spreading when it comes to our newest Commander in Chief. First, Hillary Clinton was taken down rather brutally by the Obama Political Machine; after she was clearly out of the picture, sights were set on shredding Republican John McCain and in particular Sarah Palin.
